Inspired by ancient civilizations, flora and fauna in the dark and all things mystical, Cusp of Prophecy is for the witches, the wicked, the weird and the otherworldly. We are a multidisciplinary art studio with interests including metalsmithing, painting, drawing, home goods, textiles and apparel design. Cusp of Prophecy has been just a glimmer in the dark for many years, but is finally ready to step out of creator Yukiko Manning’s mind and into the light of reality.

The Lernaean Hydra is a mythological sea serpent with three heads.  If one head is sliced off, two more grow in its place. This is sometimes what it can be like to be an artist with ADHD and too many ideas for one brand.  My Pet Hydra was created as an outlet for the misfit ideas that couldn’t join the CVLT of Prophecy.

My Pet Hydra is Cusp of Prophecy’s broke little sister. She wears a lot more makeup and loves to play with the underdog.
