Cusp of Prophecy orders ship 3-5 business days from the day of purchase via USPS Priority Mail in the United States. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide international shipping at this time. USPS shipping rates and delivery schedule apply.

JEWELRY CARE

To keep things shiny, store your jewelry in the included resealable, airtight storage bag. Each bag contains one anti-tarnish tab to help inhibit tarnishing and a polishing cloth. Keeping your jewelry away from moisture will also help the longevity of your piece.

REPAIRS

A damaged or broken item may be repaired or replaced free of charge if it is determined that the damage was the result of a manufacturing error. All other repairs and fees will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Cusp of Prophecy is proud to create only the finest quality products for our customers, and we will gladly work with you to determine the cause and nature of the damage. RETURNS

It is Cusp of Prophecy’s policy to have no refunds on items sold through the website at this time. However, we are happy to exchange items that you are unsatisfied with within a 30 day period of receipt for a different item or store credit, provided that the original piece is in its original condition and must include original packaging.
